Q: My company is interested in carrying or distributing your products, how do I register?
A: Email us with the following information and we will assist you with the set up and registration. (Contact Name, Contact Email, Company Name, Company Address, Contact Telephone)
Q: Do you have sponsorships available?
A: We do not offer full sponsorship packages. We may have partial sponsorship programs available for certain products. Please email us your sponsorship presentation in PDF format. Our team will review your request and get back to you. Please note, sponsorship programs are not available for products under development, custom one-off projects, discontinued products, or concept designs.
Q: Do you sell your products in individual pieces? (i.e. I would like to order the front lip only)
A: At the moment, our products are not offered in individual pieces, only as full sets.
Q: Do your products come with installation guides?
A: Yes, all our products come with Basic Installation Guides, also available as PDF files upon request.
Q: I’m having trouble installing a product, can you assist me?
A: All our body kit products are recommended to be installed by a body shop professional. However, if there are questions, we offer technical and installation support for all our products, for customers only. Please contact us via email first (easier to transfer photos), and if necessary, we can arrange phone support. Please have your product Serial Number available.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING
Q: Which payment methods do you take?
A: We take the following methods of payment: VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer (wire), e-Transfer, and certified checks (and bank drafts). Please contact us if you have any questions.
Q: I’m interested in purchasing a product, how do I place an order?
A: You can purchase products directly from us or through one of our authorized retailers. Please email us and we can provide you with the nearest local authorized retailer or our online dealers.
Q: I placed my order through your company directly, when should I expect my product to arrive?
A: The turnaround time varies depending on the product. Generally, there is an average 1 – 2 week lead time for all products as most of our body kit products are made-to-order. For all domestic deliveries (within Canada), the shipment should arrive within 3-5 business days. North American orders may vary – ranging from as soon as 2 business days to 7 – 10 business days. For international orders, we estimate 7 – 10 business days.
Q: I placed my order through a retailer, when should I expect my product to arrive?
A: Not all our body kit products are stocked regularly in inventory due to our made-to-order process. Some of our products are carried in-stock at our retailers, please contact us or the retailers directly for further inquiry.
Q: Do you still sell a particular product?
A: The availability of our products is shown on our website – either as Available, Coming Soon, Taking Pre-Orders, or Discontinued. If you have any questions, please email us.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Q: I’m interested in your wide body fender arches / kit, what offset do I need for my new wheels?
A: Offset is personal preference as it depends on your preferred fitment, wheel configuration (monoblock, 2-piece, 3-piece, concave, deep-dish, etc.), tires, brake clearance, and wheel well clearance. We can provide width measurements for all wide body products, however, offset measurements should always be verified by manual calculation. We do have offset suggestions for some of our fender products. If you are an existing customer, please contact us and we will assist you.
Q: What color do your products come in?
A: All our bodykit products come in white.
Q: Can you make bodykit products for my car?
A: Yes, as we do all our research and development work completely in-house, we can create products for any vehicle. Please email us for more information.
Q: Are your products suitable for street and track-use?
A: Our body kit products are manufactured with high durability, suitable for both street and track-use. However, customers must check their local regulations for both street-use and track-use for legality.
Q: Do your Scion FR-S products fit the Toyota 86?
A: Our products made for the 2012 – 2016 Scion FR-S fit perfectly onto the Toyota 86 (non-TRD version, no TRD kit, etc.).
Q: Do your Scion FR-S products fit the Subaru BRZ? Do the Subaru BRZ products fit the Scion FR-S?
A: No, not all pieces. We have different versions of our product specifically designed and tailored for the FR-S and BRZ.
Q: I was told / I heard your company does not manufacture your products in-house and are outsourced. Is that true?
A: That is completely false. All our products are 100% designed, developed, manufactured, produced, and fabricated here in Toronto, Canada. In fact, all our projects are done in-house from start-to-finish, from the initial pencil sketch, to 3D scanning, reverse-engineering, 3D CAD development, prototyping, and production.
Q: I really like the Mercedes-Benz SLK, GLK, and Dodge Challenger wide body kits, how do I buy them?
A: The Mercedes-Benz SLK, GLK, and Dodge Challenger body kits are concept designs. They are not made into production and not for sale at the moment. Please see below.
Q: What are Concepts?
A: Concepts are illustrations and renderings we created at our design studio, shown to the public for feedback. The concepts are not made into real-life or production yet. We love hearing from our customers, and we highly encourage our customers to leave us suggestions or comments regarding our concept designs via email.
Q: Will your Concepts ever get made? And when?
A: Possibly! Some of our concepts do make it into reality, some do not. If you are interested, please email us and we will add you to our notifications list. We will notify you if and when we have any updates.
