V2 Scion FR-S Wide Body Kit

The ML24 Version 2 Wide Body Kit for the Scion FR-S exemplifies our studio’s ambition towards high quality design and development. The design of the kit is focused around respecting the factory vehicle’s line cues, while evolving and sculpting the volumes to provide a conceptual interpretation. While widening the vehicle, every edge and surface was considered and designed with high precision.

This project underwent nearly two years of in-house research and development, consisting of 2D sketches, 3D laser scanning, 3D sculpting, reverse-engineering, 3D CAD modeling, and advanced rapid prototyping. Consisting of 11-pieces, the kit widens the vehicle by 2.5” in the front and 3.5” in the rear, and is lower than the factory vehicle by about 1.5”.
